TikTok Officially Unveils Bulletin Boards for all creator
Adshine.pro11/14/20252 viewsTikTok has been quietly testing the feature on select profiles for months, and recent signs suggested a broader rollout was imminent. Today, that becomes official: TikTok is introducing its new broadcast-style messaging tool, “Bulletin Boards,” giving creators another direct channel to communicate with their audience.

As shown in the example, Bulletin Boards function as a one-to-many messaging stream, much like Instagram’s Broadcast Channels. Creators can post short updates in the form of text, images, or videos, offering a compact, centralized feed for announcements.
Visitors to a profile can opt in to receive updates from a creator’s Bulletin Board, creating another layer of engagement and a more dependable way for creators to highlight important news.
The feature first surfaced in testing back in June, and TikTok quietly updated its support documentation earlier this month—an early signal that a wider release was underway.
Now the rollout is happening, but there’s a catch: only profiles with more than 50,000 followers will gain access.
That restriction means the launch isn’t quite universal, but for creators who meet the threshold, it’s a notable new tool.
Eligible users can set up a Bulletin Board directly from their Inbox, with the option to assign a name and write a short description.

Creators can also choose whether or not to display the Bulletin Board on their profile, allowing them to position it as a more exclusive communication channel if desired.
Fans can join a creator’s Bulletin Board simply by tapping the link displayed on the profile.
According to TikTok:
“Simply go to that creator’s profile page, and click the bulletin board’s name under the creator’s bio. After a follower chooses to join a creator’s bulletin board, they will receive notifications in their inbox whenever that creator posts, to which they can react with emojis, making it a simple, streamlined way for creators to communicate at scale.”

For creators, the feature offers a focused way to keep followers informed about key updates, while also aligning with the broader trend of users shifting more of their social interactions into private or semi-private messaging spaces.
It also reinforces fan relationships inside TikTok itself, giving creators a frictionless way to reach their most engaged audience.
The requirement of 50,000 followers sets a high bar, so access will be limited. Still, for those who qualify, Bulletin Boards could become a valuable, high-signal communication tool.
TikTok says the feature is rolling out to all creators aged 18 and over who meet the 50k follower minimum.
